In 2017, Mark O'Neill acquired a highly desirable office space, just off of Berkeley Square, Mayfair, for one of our valued clients. Unfortunately, in late 2018 the building owner commenced substantial building works, causing enormous disruption for our client. We needed to arrange a swift and effective solution out of this desperate situation, and after careful negotiation with the Landlord and their representatives, Mark was able to succeed in achieving the surrender of the lease, thereby providing our client with an immediate and limited exit.
